Innova-tsn Basket Leganés Club turn a women’s basketball league match into a fundraiser to benefit ASPACE Madrid

Innova-tsn women’s Basketball Team, together with Innova-tsn as sponsor, want to do our bit for people with cerebral palsy in the Community of Madrid. The money raised from this charity match with the sale of tickets will go to the projects that ASPACE Madrid have in place to promote the integration of people with cerebral palsy.

The Innova-tsn Leganés Women’s Basketball Team have it clear. We believe in pairing sport and solidarity, and that is why we have chosen the ASPACE Foundation to donate the money raised from the sale of tickets for the match against Campus Promete next Saturday 26 February at 19:00.

Innova-tsn began its support to the Leganés Basketball Club in the 18/19 season as sponsor of the Women’s Youth Team, extending its sponsorship to the LF2 first team in the following season 20/21 and this year to the whole Leganés Basketball Club and particularly the First Team, the Innova-tsn Leganés.

Basket Leganés Club unites basketball and solidarity

The Basket Leganés Club will once again support a solidarity cause with Innova-tsn because, as every season, the Club makes basketball the best way to collaborate with different entities. On this occasion, ASPACE Madrid has been chosen, as the youngest players are the driving force of both the Club and our society.

For Jacinto Ramos, president of Club Baloncesto Leganés: “We are proud that basketball in Leganés is a reference for solidarity. And with Innova-tsn, as great travelling companions, and ASPACE Madrid joining our team, we hope that next February 26th the victory will be ASPACE Madrid’s”.

Innova-tsn always in solidarity

Once again, Innova-tsn shows solidarity with initiatives that are a commitment to youth, effort, and talent. In this context, as a company we are always very active in Corporate Social Responsibility issues, and we have been working since the beginning towards one goal: to improve the world in which we live.

José Antonio Luque, CEO of Innova-tsn, said: “The match on 26th February makes us look towards the future with optimism. We are proud to be able to help an association like ASPACE through sport. At Innova-tsn we believe in projects that unite wills. With Club Baloncesto Leganés we not only share colours, but also values such as talent, commitment, effort and teamwork as the basis of our daily work“.

ASPACE Madrid, an organisation with sport as a pillar to improve lives

For Agustina Borrás, president of ASPACE Madrid: “Sport is an essential activity for people with cerebral palsy, it not only keeps them active, but also helps them to socialise, to relate to their environment, and to develop skills that improve their quality of life. Generosity is one of the values that sport also promotes and this is what the Innova-tsn Leganés players have shown by organising this match. We hope that many people will come and join us on the day”.

The match will take place at the Pabellón Europa in Leganés on Saturday 26th February at 19:00.
