Innova-tsn fosters its People Care department to strengthen its human team management strategy

  • The technological consulting firm opts for talent, strengthening its human resources management model with the creation of the People Care department, led by Mercedes Sirvent.

  • This change forms part of the company’s growth plan, which is based on three pillars: organic growth, international expansion and human team development.

  • With over 300 professionals, Innova-tsn promotes a specific structure to attract, develop and care for talent in a context of high demand of profiles specialised in data and artificial intelligence.

Innova–tsn, a Spanish technological consulting firm specialised in the integral data lifecycle and artificial intelligence, has appointed Mercedes Sirvent as new Head of People Care, a key role from which she will promote a people-centred culture and foster the development and training of the organisation’s human team.

This appointment comes at a time of market transformation, when disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence and data use are redefining the way companies make strategic decisions. In a sector where technology plays a key role, investing in the development and training of professionals is more important than ever. That is why, in addition to creating the People Care department, we have also committed to establishing dedicated units and teams within the Recruitment and Training departments.

Innova-tsn, a company that grows and evolves

The company has at present over 300 professionals. Headquartered in Madrid, the consulting firm has experienced sustained growth in recent years, consolidating its presence in various markets.

With these appointments and a new structure, Innova-tsn strengthens its talent management model based on three complementary aspects: professional recruitment, development of skills and care for people within the organization. An approach that aims to support the company’s growth and ensure that the development of the business goes hand in hand with the development of its team.

In this context, the People Care department’s main goal will be to enhance employee experience within the company by promoting initiatives focused on wellbeing, professional development and strengthening the corporate culture.

“Our goal is to continue building an environment where people can develop their talent and grow professionally, while supporting the company’s growth. Because when people grow so does the company,” says Mercedes Sirvent, Head of People Care at Innova-tsn.
