Innova–tsn, a Spanish technological consulting firm specialised in the integral data lifecycle and artificial intelligence, has appointed Mercedes Sirvent as new Head of People Care, a key role from which she will promote a people-centred culture and foster the development and training of the organisation’s human team.

This appointment comes at a time of market transformation, when disruptive technologies such as artificial intelligence and data use are redefining the way companies make strategic decisions. In a sector where technology plays a key role, investing in the development and training of professionals is more important than ever.
