THE PROBLEM
One decade driving the digitalisation of a retail giant forward with Business Intelligence solutions
On its way to digitalisation and service excellence, this Retail customer, a large Spanish group with a department store model that integrates multiple business lines, from fashion and electronics to food and financial services, required a specialised service in the field of Business Intelligence for the Information Systems area, under strict management, monitoring and SLA parameters.
For this service, which has been provided continuously by Innova-tsn for a decade, new initiatives, developments are being undertaken, and a corrective service is also provided.
THE SOLUTION
Since 2014, Innova-tsn has been the supplier of the specialised service in the Business Intelligence field for the Information Systems area of this important Retail customer, covering technologies such as SAS, Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Nprinting, Quilliup, SAP HANA, DB2, Big Query and including software evaluation and selection of new tools appropriate to the group’s size and activities.
The project includes corrective maintenance with 24/7 support, guaranteeing data availability and the resolution of functional incidents reported by the user. And, on the other hand, evolutionary maintenance, including scope studies, the identification of KPIs, the design and implementation of independent Monitoring Reports for each business activity and the development of data preparation processes for BI applications.
