OPTIMISATION OF FORECASTING AND MANAGEMENT FOR LEGAL PERSONS DEFAULT
THE PROBLEM
We helped a major Spanish bank forecast defaults and recoveries, reducing losses with a joint solution.
One of Spain’s major banks wants to improve its categorisation of certain risk profiles, obtaining more accurate forecasts on their probability of default and, in the event of non-payment, the probability that this will be remedied at the initiative of the customer, without incurring any kind of management fees. This solution, which reduces losses due to non-payment, was developed by Innova-tsn in collaboration with bank profiles.
THE SOLUTION
Innova-tsn designed a non-payment forecasting model for SMEs, carried out a source analysis and built the algorithm.
