Building a Sustainable Future: Our commitment to CSR

In a world where companies are no longer mere economic players but drivers of social and environmental transformation, Innova-tsn embrace Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as the driving force behind every strategic decision we make. For us, true success is achieved when we balance financial growth with the common good, forging solid and lasting alliances that promote sustainable development, inclusion and respect for the environment.

Through specific actions and strategic collaborations, we seek to contribute to sustainable development, promote inclusion and strengthen the communities we work in. This commitment, beyond being an ethical duty, drives us to innovate and build lasting relationships with our stakeholders, generating shared value and laying the foundations for balanced and environmentally friendly growth.

Our alliances, our impact

Corporate Social Responsibility is not built alone. Over the years, Innova-tsn has consolidated an ecosystem of partnerships with organisations that share our vision and values. These alliances have allowed us to broaden our impact and channel our efforts towards projects of high social value.

The fundamental pillars of our participation in CSR initiatives are:

These are some of the organisations we have had the privilege of collaborating with:

Leganés Basket Club

  • We have sponsored the women’s first team and the youth academy since 2022, becoming the club’s main sponsor.
  • We promote team sport and support women’s talent.

Make IT!

  • We have been participating in the UPM technology campus since 2019, promoting talent and technological curiosity in the youngest children.
  • We sponsor the campus and develop thematic sessions.

UNICEF

  • We have supported this NGO since 2017.
  • We have contributed with over 20,000 vaccines for children at risk and collaborated in the fight against diseases such as polio.

Ecoembes

  • Since 2018, we have an agreement to promote container recycling in our offices. To this end, we placed bins for plastic, tins and cartons as well as containers for paper and cardboard at different spots in our offices. And in this context, we carry out periodic internal seminars to raise environmental awareness called: “Think with your lungs!”
  • In addition, as part of our commitment to reducing impact on the environment, we comply with the ISO 14001 certification by keeping an environmental management system.

Run for El Niño Popular Race

  • We have been participating in this solidarity race in Madrid for five consecutive years.
  • We are proud to collaborate with research into children’s diseases.

Popular Race Against Cancer

  • We have participated for years in this race organised by the Spanish Association Against Cancer.
  • We made a team to support cancer research.

El Corte Inglés’s La Cursa

  • Also in Barcelona, we participate in sports events with social goals.
  • Thus, we reaffirm our solidary commitment

Aladina Foundation

  • We donate the “Solidary Help Fund” to support the families of children with cancer.
  • We help these children get the treatment they need.

Casal dels Infants

  • We support the education of children and young people at risk of social exclusion.
  • We donate used computer equipment in perfect condition for educational use.

Alliance for Children’s Vaccination

  • We sponsor this alliance to increase life expectancy in developing countries.
  • We are Silver Sponsors together with La Caixa Foundation and Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance.

CSIC

  • During the COVID-19 pandemics, we placed our trust in the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC).
  • We collaborated in the development of a vaccination system at a critical moment.

ASPACE

  • We organised a charity match for the benefit of this association focused on cerebral palsy research.
  • Our basketball team led the event, with all the proceeds going to ASPACE.

St Luke’s Hospice

  • We participated in a charity golf event in London together with our partner SAS.
  • All the proceeds went to young people at St Luke’s hospice.

Unidos para Sonreír

  • Our first collaboration in Latin America.
  • We support this association which improves the quality of life of children and young people with cerebral palsy and their families.

 

Commitment that guides us

In short, Corporate Social Responsibility is the pillar that gives meaning and direction to our project at Innova-tsn; it is not a complement, but a commitment that guides our actions. Over more than 20 years, we have learned that collaborating with specialised associations multiplies the impact of our initiatives.

These experiences have shown us that collective impact far outweighs individual effort and reinforce our conviction that it is only through strong partnerships and a shared vision that we can tackle the great social and environmental challenges of our time.

At Innova-tsn, we look to the future with enthusiasm and responsibility, determined to promote new initiatives, rigorously measure their results and continuously optimise our practices.
