Innova-tsn Leganés is back in the Endesa Women’s Basket League, reaffirming its commitment to the elite

• The pepinero team has begun its return to the top flight with renewed ambition and the aim of establishing itself among the best teams in the country.

• Innova-tsn sponsors the Club de Baloncesto Leganés since the 2018/2019 season, contributing to the visibility of women’s sport in competitive categories.

After an exceptional season, Innova-tsn Leganés has returned to the elite of national women’s basketball with a clear ambition: to establish its position as one of the best teams in our country and consolidate its sporting and social growth.

The team is back in the top flight only two years after having left it, which is a remarkable achievement that would not have been possible without the team’s strong social roots and solid sporting base. The club has over 30 teams and more than 600 sporting licences, with the youth team being one of its pillars, made up of over 500 boys and girls and a coaching staff of 75 professionals.

According to María Martín, the club’s president:

“The return to the Endesa Women’s League is the result of work, eagerness and commitment of the whole club. This represents much more than a sporting achievement: it is an example of what can be achieved when the effort of the players, the support of our fans and the confidence of sponsors such as Innova-tsn, which believes in our project and the growth of women’s sport, come together”.

Last weekend the team played its first home match, where the players were supported by a large number of spectators who came, once again this year, to enjoy the festive atmosphere and the best women’s basketball in the country. After just two fixtures, Innova-tsn Leganés has already shown that it is capable of fighting with the greatest.
