Innova-tsn at The Milton Keynes Tech Week: innovation, collaboration, and the Human Factor in the Age of AI

Innova-tsn had the privilege of taking part in The Milton Keynes Tech Week 2025, an event that brought together industry leaders, researchers, and professionals to share experiences, discuss trends, and explore how innnovation is shaping our future.

Throughout the week, our team —Carolina, María Luisa, Julián, Rocío, Alejandra and César— proudly represented Innova-tsn across several sessions, contributing our insights on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, work, and organisational transformation.

Our participation

23rd September – The Open University Day

Julián Ricoy Hervada: “Reimagining the Student Experience with AI: Practical Use Cases Across the Journey”. Together with The Open University, we showcased two real-word use cases demonstrating how AI can meaningfully support professional development and enhance organisational processes.

Julián Ricoy’s perspective

“I had the opportunity to attend —and contribute to— this highly productive event, where diverse perspectives were shared on how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping lifelong learning and the world of work.
In our session, alongside The Open University, we presented two real-word use cases that demostrate how AI can meaningfully support professional development and enhance organisational processes. A recurring theme throughout the event was the importance of combining technological innovation with the human insight.
Combining GenAI while keeping the human in the loop wil augment our capabilities and can improve organisational processes.
This human-centred approach to integrating AI not only drives better outcomes but also safeguards critical thinking, empathy, and adaptability — qualities that remain uniquely human and indispensable.”

24th September – Bletchley AI User Group

Carolina Martínez García and María Luisa Paradinas López
Our team explored how Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the way we work and make decisions, highlighting the importance of adopting an ethical and sustainable approach to AI in business.

For Innova-tsn, events like The Milton Keynes Tech Week are a true source of inspiration and continuous learning. They remind us that technology reaches its full potential when combined with collaboration, shared knowledge, and human perspective. We are deeply grateful to the organisers, speakers, and participants for creating such an insightful space for dialogue, learning, and reflection.
A special thanks goes to The Open University for being our travelling partner in exploring the Student Experience with IA, and to the UK AI User Groups for their outstanding organisation.

At Innova-tsn, we continue to explore, adapt — building bridges between technology and human intelligence to shape a more connected and innovative future.
